The company operates a hotel chain with establishments on the Costa Brava, Costa Dorada and Costa de Barcelona-Maresme in Catalonia, Spain. It has been providing accommodation, cuisine and entertainment for the whole family. The company was founded in 1963 when Josep Aragones and Artur Iscla undertook the construction of the Hotel Taurus Park, a pioneering complex of 343 rooms on the Pineda de Mar beachfront. The company has 5 hotels of the chain together since 1989, all of which are located on the Catalan coast: Costa Dorada (the Golden Port Salou & Spa in Salou and the Golden Donaire Beach in La Pineda-Salou), Costa Brava (the Golden Bahía de Tossa & Spa in Tossa de Mar) and Costa de Barcelona-Maresme (the Golden Taurus Park Resort in Pineda de Mar).
