As for the buildings, the company rents them out to different subsidiaries in order to facilitate their business activity. The company, which is active in Brazil, Morocco, Turkey, and Andorra, is a corporation composed of 71 companies and two associated firms, which includes Allelac, S.L., which is engaged in the distribution of fruits and vegetables; Arc's Catering, which is engaged in catering; Creasa, S.L., which is engaged in the manufacture of all types of bar counters and furniture for hotel and catering (bar interiors, buffets, show-cooking and self-service); Serhs Tourism, S.A., a travel agency; Torraneulaser, S.L., which is engaged in integral projects and services; and Incasup 2002 S.L., which is engaged in hotel business. The company's mission is to continue improving in order to offer goods and services, basically to the tourism, hotel, restaurant and catering trades.
